The Realistics (1997-2003 | 2019-present) are a 4-piece power pop/rock'n'roll band from the boroughs of NYC. They were instrumental in creating the early-00s, NYC scene and their catchy tunes and kinetic live performances earned them opening slots for Joe Strummer, Blondie, Buzzcocks, Brendan Benson, The Strokes, Interpol, & BRMC, to name a few. The group reunited in 2019 and remains active.
